Who We Are
MCFI Home Care is a nonprofit, affiliate program of Centers for Independence (CFI). We are a certified Medical Assistance Personal Care Agency that provides in-home and community-based services in southeastern Wisconsin. We are a team of registered nurses, community liaisons, and administrative staff who provide additional support to caregivers and their clients.

What We Do
MCFI Home Care provides personal care, training, support, case management, and advocacy that helps people remain independent, safe and happy in their home and their community. MCFI Home Care helps navigate and sustain the support network that connects caregivers and their clients. We offers both in-home and in-community assistance.

Who We Serve
Home Care provides a wide variety of services and supports any person who needs assistance with living independently in Wisconsin. Our ever-growing service area includes nearly all of the counties in southeastern Wisconsin.

What Should I Expect When Working with Home Care?
Home Care will always live up to our agency values: Understanding People, Leading Success and Working Together.

This means we will work together to understand your individual needs and goals. MCFI Home Care will collaborate in creating a care plan tailored to your needs, and act as the liaison between the client, the caregiver and the community.

What if I am uncomfortable with a stranger in my house?
MCFI Home Care's caregivers and community service providers are well-trained and prescreened prior to providing services. Our registered nurses and community liaisons provide additional support to ensure each client receives safe, high-quality care.

Or, if you have a family member or friend who can provide assistance, we can hire, train, and pay them as your caregiver. MCFI Home Care will help them complete the application process and once approved, provide them with the same level of quality, service and support our caregivers receive.
